The Online Facilitation Unconference (OFU) gathers facilitators, educators, community builders, and leaders from around the world to shape the future of how groups can meet online. Since its first edition over a decade ago, OFU has been proudly community-run and on a cost-recovery basis: sessions proposed and led by participants, participants from dozens of countries around the globe, highly accessible.

OFU 2026 takes place in November 5–7 over the span of roughly 48 hours, an unconference across the world’s time zones. But no need to block your whole calendar. The live programming will be compact, likely 2–4 blocks of unconference sessions of 3–5 hours each, scheduled to optimize for participation across time zones. Join live for the blocks or sessions that fit your schedule and catch everything else through session notes and recordings (where made available by the session host) afterwards.
