1. Prepare the Cards:
   • You will need six categories of cards, each representing a different aspect of a sustainable business model: Business Model, Target Audience, Sustainable Practices, Key Activities and Partners, Wildcards, and Risks and Mitigation.
   • Each category has 20 unique cards, offering various options to inspire your business idea.
2. Shuffle or Spread:
   • For each category, either shuffle the deck of cards or spread them out on a table, face down.
3. Pick or Roll:
   • Pick Method: Randomly select one card from each category.
   • Roll Method: Use a D20 die to roll a number between 1 and 20. Pick the card that corresponds to the number rolled in each category.
4. Ideate:
   • Once you have selected one card from each category, use them as a starting point to brainstorm a sustainable business idea.
   • Consider how the elements on each card can work together to create a cohesive and impactful business model.
5. Refine:
   • If any selected cards don’t seem to fit your emerging idea, feel free to pick another card from that category and continue refining.
   • Think about how the Wildcard can add a unique twist or enhancement to your business model.
   • Consider the Risk and Mitigation card to identify potential challenges and brainstorm strategies to overcome them.
6. Create:
   • Develop a concrete business concept that integrates all the selected elements.
   • Think about the value proposition, how you will reach your target audience and the sustainable practices guiding your operations.
   • Consider the key activities and partners that will help you deliver value and achieve your sustainability goals.
7. Iterate:
   • Use this exercise as a starting point for further exploration and development.
   • Conduct market research, engage with potential customers and stakeholders, and refine your business idea based on feedback and insights.
8. Have Fun:
   • Enjoy the creative process and the unexpected combinations that emerge from the randomizer.
   • Embrace the challenge of integrating diverse elements into a cohesive and impactful sustainable business model.
